The room was disappointingly cramped, and despite its charm, there were some noticeable scuffs on the walls.

What an very nice romantic getaway! The location of this charming hotel couldn't be better-just a stone's throw from all the iconic sights and delicious cafes. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We loved the breakfast each morning; the food was fresh and so tasty! Our room was stylish, comfortable, and quiet, leading to some of the best sleep we've ever had.
The only letdown was the room service pizza—it really didn’t match the high quality of the restaurant food. it would have been nice to have tea and coffee-making facilities in the room for those cozy mornings in. Overall though, those minor issues didn't spoil the amazing experience we had!

Breakfast was superb, and the well-appointed rooms ensured comfort. Although the room scent was overwhelming, the really good service and lovely wellness facilities, including a soothing spa.

The staff was super helpful when I needed a late checkout. Bring your own snacks for the room since the available surfaces are limited.

The room was cozy and I loved the comfy bed and nice shower. I really enjoyed the spa treatments, especially the full body massage and relaxing steam room. The only thing was that the lighting in the sitting area felt a bit harsh, but it didn't ruin my stay. Definitely check out the spa 😊

La Gemma has an very nice vibe that I loved right. The decor pulls in local culture. Staff were cute and genuinely interested in making my stay enjoyable. They recommended dining options that were good. My double room felt modern with fun touches, but I noticed it could use a bit more surface space for personal items. Maybe moving some of the decorative pieces would help. Dining at LUCA's was a highlight-unbelievably good food and beautifully presented. The mixologist at the bar prepared some of the best cocktails I've ever had. Each morning began with a gourmet breakfast, fresh-made and catering to my gluten-free needs flawlessly. I left feeling pampered and satisfied but did experience a minor hiccup during check-in, which took a bit longer than expected. Still, this place radiates luxury and charm. I can't wait to return to this fabulous hotel in such a prime location.
